Appearance: Black hair, a crew-cut, habitually clean-shaven, with dark brown eyes. Although at 5'8" Mikal isn't incredibly tall, he makes up for it in his build. He is strong, fairly healthy, and solidly constructed. Not tanned, most of his coloring comes from his birth - the rest may have been caused by an over-abundance of synthetic light. He walks upright - straight-backed, instead of hunching over - which gives him an air of confidence most mistake for cockiness.
