Bio: Bio: Marcus Cassius is an Imperial Loyalist, from his modest upbringing on Corellia, where his parents were always filling the young man's head with visions of the Empire's glory, to the bitter dissapointment as time after time he was refused access to the Empire. "You're too young," "We don't need anyone right now, son", Marcus has heard it all, to the bitter civil wars that took place in the galaxy. He travelled widely as he tried to understand the reasons not He has indeed always believed in the New Order, and has been awaiting a chance, any chance, to fight for his corner of what he believes is the right thing to do. For him, the Empire is the example of the perfect balance of order and stability that broght the galaxy out of the fires of the Clone Wars and wiped away the blemish that was the Old Republic. The Empire is right, and just, and good. This is what he thinks. Whether this opinion is right or wrong is up to you. But he will fight for it with every fiber of his being. His question is not the how , but the why. Why did the Wookiees built their villages in the trees? Why did the New Republic want to defeat the Empire? Why did... the list is endless. He wanted only a chance, a chance to prouve himself.

His life began in one of the modest neighborhoods of Corellia. After a somewhat mediocre childhood, the young Marcus lost his father, an important underworld persona, in a freighter collision at the age of 12. This same collision was explained to the young boy as an accident. But Marcus never believed this version. He took a different view to life. The Empire became the perfect place for him to find honour and the recognition that he felt he deserved. His father became a mark on his record. As soon as they saw the name "Cassius" in the same file as "Corellia", the answer became the same. "Sorry, we can't take you". Worse was the elevation of his half-brother Rufus, only 2 years his senior, from his father's first adulteries, to Captain of an Acclaimator cruiser for extraordinary conduct. Why, thought Marcus, could everyone except him do well? He left Corellia with hardly a credit to his name, spending between the ages of 18 and 22 with the dregs of the galaxy, slowly comprehending why the galaxy worked the way it did. He finally managed to join the New Order at the age of 23 as a Stormtrooper Private. He spent the next two years rising from Private to Sergeant, until a major defeat in his sector caused the Imperial commander to drag in any experienced soldiers he had to make them officers. Marcus, obviously, qualified in this category. A single shortened training year later, the newly minted Lieutenant Cassius was sent on his first mission, a simple search and destroy. The mission was a complete success and the Imperial commander was very pleasantly surprised. He placed Marcus in some of the hottest spots around the sector, where the Trooper proved his worth time and time again. But he was always very self-critical, never pleased with himself or his performances.

At the age of 29, Marcus was sent on his last mission, this time as a Captain, to recover a crashed ship in the Mustafar system. The fleet where he was was cut off by the NR and his Sentinel shuttle crashed. Barely surviving after a four hour running battle with the New Republic and the elements, he was patched up by a freindly Mustafarian before leaving to reflect upon the monumental disaster that had been the mission. For a full year Marcus lived alone in penance on that hellish planet, emerging just after his 31st birthday and, now ready to rejoin the Empire, set about his plan to redeem himself in the eyes of himself and the government for which he was ready to sacrifice it all.
