Brief Character History
Heyhj (pronounced Hayj) Bradek is a mysterious character. Not much is known about his past. All that is known about his current circumstance is that he is a trained Jedi Knight, and often travels alone.
He has admitted to a couple of people that his childhood was spent bouncing around, never settling, after his homeworld, which he claims he does not remember, was attacked by the Empire. He continued to move until he ended up at the Jedi Temple. He trained, although under whom it is unknown, and once he attained senior status left. Heyhj then seemed to disappear for several years until appearing once more on board the Astral Astoria…

I mean links and authority to call yourself a Rogue Jedi Knight. Where's your training threads? The permission from the Force Council? So on and so forth.
If you cannot bring up this credentials for consideration, you start out at square one.

They're called the "Force Council" and even a tertiary glance at the RULES AND FAQ would tell you that these are, in fact, the people you want to talk to.
