[center][b]Imperial Intelligence Agent [/b] [/center] [center][size=3][b]Ciscero[/b][/size][/center] There is nothing written as to the origins of the Imperial Intelligence Agent known as "Ciscero" and it seems that any effort to establish his identity has failed. A master at disguise and perfect mimic, the Intelligence agent first entered the galactic scene prior to The New Republic's retaking of Coruscant ([url="http://therebelfaction.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1194"]The Sleeping Giant Awakens[/url]). He was involved in an operation known only as Labyrinthine. His part of the plan was to seek out the old Siennar District and reactivate an automated droid production plant. These droids would have a slight modification in that they would carry sleeper bombs to be activated at Imperial Intelligence's whim. It was thought that this plan was the first step to the Empire's view to reconquering Imperial Center or, at the very least, Isard's plan on returning to Imperial Center given her ignominious flight some years prior. However, there were also things regarding Siennar that Ciscero felt very unsure about simply letting the Director of Intelligence keep to herself at whim. He feared her growing power using Regent Exceron's name and began to seek out ways to blunt her reach. [center][size=3][b]The Rise of Kaine[/b][/size] [/center] [center][url="http://therebelfaction.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1304"]Portent of Coming Darkness: Imperial Resurgence[/url] [/center] The rising star of Simon Kaine garnered the interest of Ysanne Isard and Ciscero was sent to observe/serve the General. How he became compromised is not known publicly but it is known that Isard sent another agent to watch Ciscero and that this agent never was heard of again (having been executed by Kaine). However it came about, he threw in his lot with Kaine and accompanied the General on his mission to seize Asation and the Gree Nexus. Along the journey, Ciscero got to know much about the origins of Simon Kaine and how the General planned to use him. Given a choice of compliance or death, the Intelligence agent elected to join the Kaine's operation that would culminate as Endgame. [center][size=3][b]Endgame[/b][/size][/center] Ciscero's involvement in Simon Kaine's Endgame operation became the lynchpin that held success or failure. For the long term operation to work, Ciscero assumed the identity of Motsician 'Motsi' Aeurilias, thought lost by his family. Motsician's sudden reappearance helped forge the Aeurilias' family ambition to make the young neice, Carlotta, Queen of Naboo. It seemed that Ciscero, under the Motsician guise, brought the family to Agamar just before the Imperial Invasion ([url="http://therebelfaction.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1264"]Empowering the Weak[/url]). The experience was a welcome education for the would-be Queen and helped solidify Ciscero into their family hierarchy. Firmly entrenched in the Aeurilias family, Ciscero began to make political inroads finding support in the Coruscant leadership. The New Republic's refusal to make Coruscant, once again, the capital of their Republic struck at Coruscant's pride, especially in light of the fact that the boastful Corellians wanted to retain their place as the First of worlds within the New Republic. Twisting the grand speaches made by the New Republic's leaders at the time, notably Gash Jiren, Ciscero began to erode the confidence of some Senators by playing on their fears ([url="http://therebelfaction.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1794"]Portent of Coming Darkness: Truth, Lies, Smoke, Mirrors[/url]) The Aeurilias family won big when Carlotta was elected as Queen of Naboo. While her reign was fairly uninspiring, she had the notoriety of ruling Theed during the Sith Invasion, supported by the Empire and the near destruction of the Gungan people by Lupercus Darksword ([url="http://therebelfaction.com/forums/showthread.php?t=855"]Endgame: The Dark Side of Democracy[/url]). Having set the stage on Naboo, Ciscoro/Motsician used his newfound connections to boost his bid for the Governor-ship of Coruscant, supported chiefly by Senator Balledan. In an upset, Ciscero won the election and became Governor of Coruscant. In an effort to boost the planet's economy, he invited Arliss Industries, a company with Imperial ties' to in invest in Coruscant and while boosting the local planet's economy, it also allowed the Empire to travel to Coruscant in the form of Arliss personnel. It was then that the aspect of Labyrinthine came online as droids began detonating. The 'terrorist attacks' on the planet's population as well as Arliss holdings allowed Ciscero to impliment near draconian security measures and allow the corporation to increase their own secuirty numbers. Couple that with access to a Gree Hypergate in Siennar District and the Empire's hold on the world was nearly complete. Governor Motician, under protest of Senator Balladen, invited the Empire to Coruscant and with the closing of the hyperlanes by the Imperial Fleet during the takeover, the reconquest was all but assured. Having served his function, Ciscero's Governorship faded from memory as Daemon Hyfe was crowned Regent of the Empire on Imperial Center. It is important to note, however, that Ciscero's collusion with Simon Kaine did not spark blind obedience. As a favor to Senator Balladen and as a result of the respect Ciscero had for the man, he would move to save his two grandchildren and wisk them to safety even while the [i]Galactus[/i] arrived. Simon Kaine, in a rare public display of ruthlessness, had the children's shuttle destroyed as it tried to escape. Or so he thought. [center][url="http://therebelfaction.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1645"]Endgame: Fading Ambiguity, Clear Intent[/url] [/center] In any event, his work on Endgame, without Isard's direct approval put the agent, for an undetermined amount of time, as "Beyond Salvage". A term that literally meant a death sentence from the Director herself ([url="http://therebelfaction.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1550"]The Living and the Dead[/url]). [center][size=3][b]Of Endings...[/b][/size] [/center] [center][url="http://therebelfaction.com/forums/showthread.php?t=4969"]Of Endings: Heavy Sits the Crown of Victory and Hard the Cold Hand of Time[/url] [/center] It would be in the twilight reign of Emperor Kaine's rule that Ciscero's act of mercy upon Senator Balledan's grandchildren would come full circle. The despotic rule of Kaine would see the rise in opposition headed by these two children (now grown and now Jedi). Still, their efforts to effect a rebellion would prove to no avail as the Empire, under Kaine, became a machine of efficient death. It would be Ciscero who would come to assassinate Emperor Kaine and put the galaxy on a track in line with the dreams of old Senator Balledan. Of course, none of this would come to pass as the Dracconis interferrance during Kaine's assassination attempt of an Emperor Hyfe under the spell of the Spirit of Palpatine. The change in the timeline by the Black Dragon Empire would see Kaine stay his hand. Simon Kaine would not be Emperor at the time of the Themien War and the galaxy would fall to an unimaginable horror... [center][url="http://therebelfaction.com/forums/showthread.php?t=5210"]Of Endings: Empty the Cries of the Vanquished and Bitter the Taste of Defeat[/url] [/center] Ciscero would find himself clinging to a scientific breakthrough that might give humanity the edge against the monsterous evil that was The Blood. In his efforts, he would come to discover that breakthrough though not in time to save the Empire in it's last action to blunt the Blood offensive. It was a situation created by the tampering of the timeline by the Dracconis of the Black Dragon Empire and again, they would work to set things right by ensuring the critical battle of the Themien War over Belkaden was won ... [center][size=3][b]Return to Imperial Intelligence [/b][/size] [/center] The seizing of Siennar District by Kaine sent Ysanne Isard into madness. However, once it passed, she found herself with another plan and a need for an agent with the necessarily skills, namely: Ciscero. His 'Beyond Salvage' status temporarily revoked for all bureaus, the agent soon found himself in the employ of Isard in inserting another agent known as "X" in as Chaddwick Fearson's doppleganger ([url="http://therebelfaction.com/forums/showthread.php?t=974"]Sins of the Fathers[/url]). [center][size=3][b]Galactic Coalition/Sovereignty War[/b][/size] [/center] It is notable that Ciscero was instrumental in the defense of Sullust from the alien Diversity Alliance. It blunted the organization's offensive from being more than an annoyance during the high profile attacks by the Galactic Coalition and the Outer Rim Sovereignty ([url="http://therebelfaction.com/forums/showthread.php?t=731"]Amongst the Chaos[/url]). [center][size=3][b]Dark Empire [/b][/size] [/center] After saving Sullust from certain occupation, thus boosting the reputation of Imperial Intelligence within certain military circles, Isard informed her agent that she would permanently removed Ciscero's 'Beyond Salvage' status ([url="http://therebelfaction.com/forums/showthread.php?t=739"]Dark Empire: Shadow Dance[/url]) though it would still be a source of contention among them for months to come. After meeting with Isard, Ciscero traveled to the Alsakan Academy to bring a certain Theren Gevel into an area of understanding that would take the man into the next theatre of operation. A particular bit of nastiness that would translate into an operation termed: Dark Empire ([url="http://therebelfaction.com/forums/showthread.php?t=818"]Dark Empire: A Matter of Perspective[/url]). [center][size=3][b]The Union[/b][/size] [/center] As a wave of terrorist attacks against the Empire and other galactic nations kept citizens of the galaxy up at night and glued to the holonet, worried that their homes would be next, Ciscero was instrumental in figuring out the code of attacks the Galactic Liberation Front put forward as a taunt. Ciscero posed as a GLF member getting the man who had attacked the Carida Academy to reveal his origin system ([url="http://therebelfaction.com/forums/showthread.php?t=674"]Upheaval[/url]). After investigating the Raltiir link, Ciscero took part in a sting operation against Agro Incorporated and Afdol Hilter by posing as a Star Destroyer Captain Sansa ([url="http://therebelfaction.com/forums/showthread.php?t=4626"]Chaos Theory: The Grain Offerings[/url]). The long term effects of this operation would culminate... [center][size=3][b]Other Operations[/b][/size] [/center] There are various missions that Ciscero took part in which allowed him to display his own code of morality dealing with the consequences as they happen ([url="http://therebelfaction.com/forums/showthread.php?t=9458"]What You Leave Behind..[/url]). Some consequences were minor whereas others threatened his very life. It is difficult to figure the sort of personality that would constantly work to protect an Empire as a whole and yet work to prevent certain internal factions from gaining power over all. In one instance, he would blunt an enemy's attack on an Imperial world and in another, assassinate an Emperor for his brutal excesses. The agent's final years saw...
