Character Background: Sgt. Major Michael Azareal Paine is a dedicated and decorated Alliance Marine. Having enlisted in the Alliance Corps 16 years ago after an Imperial patrol slaughtered his parents, he decided it was time for payback.
He was taken under the wing of Sgt. Major Johannes Gelt, who personally saw to his weapons proficiencies. Paine is qualified on all small arms inside the arsenal of the alliance, as well as all large handheld weaponry, and sniper rifles.
After succeeding as a Sniper and Infantry soldier in various combat missions for the Alliance, He spent the next several years off the grid, and mission data other than the years served, is unavailable.
