Name: Suurot Jakatta Also known as: Jamo Species: Human Homeworld: Coruscant Age: 24 Height: 5'4" (162 cm) Weight: 165 lbs Hair: Red Eyes: Blue Medical: Glitterstim addiction, one semi-bionic leg Family: Unknown Marital: Single Children: None 24 years ago, in a bed-sit somewhere in down town Coruscant, a basket was dropped. This basket was small, inexpensive, and contained little that would be worth anything to anyone. The twisted wicker container held within it a small child, barely a few weeks old. In the nights tumultuous rain it lay crying, the thick mist of rain mixing in with the tears streaming down its face as it looked up into the sky. Wrapped in nothing but a cloth robe, with no other possessions in the world, it could be assumed that the child was doomed. The two bothans who lived in the apartment block by which the crib was placed did not think so. Suurot and Grunek Jakatta, ex-spies of the Bothan Network (an extinct information group), lived in flat 42b in the 'bad end of town'. Now working as aides to crime organizations by supplying all of their remaining, and somewhat inaccurate, data, the brothers were certainly a characterful duo. It was decided by Suurot that they would keep the human child and raise it as their own, teaching it all that they knew. By feeding it the information they had, they could ensure the safe storage of their precious data incase of an emergency. And so, young Suurot Jakatta the second was raised in the image of his father - until his late teens. Suurot and Grunek were gunned down by Furt Lui (a highly successful gangster at the time). Suurot fled from the scene of his guardians death to the streets of Coruscant, hoping to make a living for himself without his father and uncle. First founding the Jakatta Corporation on the inhospitable world of Vjun, Jamo – as he had now taken to calling himself – recruited the help of numerous freelancers and mercenaries to assemble a team of highly skilled outlaws for hire. After a number of years of profitable business (with especial thanks to Seth Vinda), the Corporation fell into disarray as Jakatta was first taken into prison and then medical care, suspected of showing the earlier signs of latent dementia. After numerous escape attempts, Jamo was freed and deemed himself mentally fit. A temporary partnership was formed between the escaped felon and IDTech, which Jamo assumed a brief leadership over before once again vanishing without a trace – it becoming clear, at this point, that his personal problems (in particular drug addiction) had superseded his ability to act as a professional. His current whereabouts and physical/mental state are unknown, though it is rumoured that he continues to act as a proponent of galactic terrorism, even if indirectly.
