He sports a long scar that stretches from the top of his left eyebrow, down the outline of his face, before curving up behind his ear from a past accident aboard a carrack class cruiser. Generally he is found to be wearing an expensive style of robes always tied with a golden sash, the only remains of an inheritance he had recieved from his once rich and noble family. Talzar belives in the good of peoples hearts but will follow any order given to him by a superior whether it goes against his own personal morals or not.
History: Talzar Relf was born on the planet Ithor were his family had fled after being proven guilty of stealing millions of credits through royal systems on their home planet he was raised in a state of wealth. Though his family were of great greed he came to view the galaxy as a peaceful place. Upon leaving the planet at 21 he was shocked to find war and power hungry people seemed to dominate the stars he had looked to for hope. Beliving it the right thing to do he enlisted to join the Empire who, though having iron-clad rules, seemed to be able to keep all species in peace through might of arms.
As the Empires resources consistently dwindled he resigned his post and fled to eventually joina smugglers group after finding it difficult to gain find work suited to his abilities. It was six years after he had joined the ranks of the Empires war machine that a smuggling chief by the name of Mazzic agreed to accept him into their fold. A year later he was promoted to tactical adviser aboard Mazzics flagship.
It was nearly nine years before his life left this trail and once again he found himself out of work and struggling to cope with the hardships life presented him. Luck, however, seemed to find it's way to him and he was spotted by an elder man recruiting for his own personal army of sorts. After a year of employment he was promoted to the rank of Deputy Director of Fleet Operations.
