History: Born into slavery on his homeworld, Astafar led a life subject to cruelty. For many years he was whipped, beaten, tortured and broken. At 26 he finally got to see the galaxy for something more than cruel humans. An uprising lead by an aged and dying wookie aided Astafar in escaping his cruel tormentors grip and fleeing the construction yard he had been placed in. For many years to follow he spent much time suffering on the planet Coruscant, living in the slums of the undercity. At 35 he was captured by a group of hirlings working for Ceska the Hutt and barely broke free, fleeing the planet in a stolen ship. He quickly learnt that if he wanted to survive he needed to earn his way around the galaxy. Never staying anywhere long enough for someone to place him back in captivity. He hunts anyone unlucky enough to have a bounty on their head, whilst working for a dangerous dug by the name of Rac.

Probably could do with some length and fleshing out.
Also... you could make him older, since I believe the age of an adult Wookiee is 80? From memory, I would have to check, but at that age your character is still a baby, heh.
