Vice-Admiral Terosk Cineburg Wilkar VI

Patriot of the Commonwealth

Wilkar's father was a distant member of the Kuati royal family and Wilkar's mother was an heiress to a major shipbuilding corporation. Others include a wide variety of non-immediate family spread across Bonadan, Chandrilla and Kuat.


Wilkar can usually be found unshaven wearing a wrinkled blue-grey Commonwealth Naval Uniform. The uniform is lightly adorned minus the Commonwealth Naval Bravery Citation awarded for his actions at the Battle of Kirima.



Wilkar grew up on Kuat playing in his father's manor and learning administration skills from his father and private tutors. On his eighteenth birthday his mother handed the reigns of her company to him. He molded the company into KCA, Kuati Commercial Applications. KCA dealt mostly in the construction cargo ships, but it also designed and built small warships to be used by corporations for defense. KCA was very successful until it was nationalized by The New Order. Imperial authorities ordered a death warrent on him to avoid complications with the takeover, so Wilkar fled Kuat in a common freighter crewed by the most loyal members of KCA. Wilkar traveled to the Commonwealth where he was excepted quickly. He served as one of Seth Vinda's advisers for a short time, but the newly restructured Commonwealth Navy, strapped for field and line officers, offered him a commission as a Vice-Admiral that he quickly accepted.

Bored with the everyday hustle and bustle of Bonadan and Etti-IV, Wilkar jumped on the opportunity for a change. His background in administration and experience in the Kuati navy put him right at home in the command chair. Minor engagements with pirates sharpened his skills as a naval commander. Wilkar was given command of the Commonwealth Third Fleet. Onboard the CWS Rapier he patrolled the ever turbulent area between the Commonwealth Proper in the former Corporate Sector and the Hapes Consortium. The Third Fleet's main place of rest are the skies above Hapes, berthed between the Battle Dragons of their Hapan brothers.

During his first patrol of Commonwealth Space, Coalition and Commonwealth shipping lanes came under attack by a band of cut-throat pirates known as the Budpock Saints based out of the planet Budpock in the Meridian Sector. Wilkar teamed up with Kashan Commodore Corise Lucerne to liberate Budpock from the pirates. The mission was an immediate success. The fleet sustained a minimum of causalities. Budpock became a member of the Galactic Coalition's Contegorian Confederation, but the Commonwealth still established a presence there with an embassy and military base of operations.

Along with Vinda Corporation, Wilkar has strong ties with their newest rival, Commonwealth Technologies and Industries or CTI. He owns a large share of the company and maintains a strong friendship with the company's Co-founder, Sol Nyhammer. While accompanying him on an aquistion mission to Thosa, Wilkar was captured by striking miners. He was released after a contract was signed, giving control of mine to CTI.

The Domain War changed Wilkar in a very distinct way. Before the war, he was just another of Bonadan's socialites, straddling the Bonadan and Hapan nightlife with his charm alone. The war destroyed his happy-go-lucky attitude towards life along with scores of his friends. The decisions he made during those harrowing months had a profound effect on his life. The nightlife of Bonadan and Hapes were replaced with hard drinking and depression. The war led the admiral to completely refocus his life around doing his best to serve the Commonwealth by defending it from without and within.
