Typically he wears a white long sleeved shirt, with a yellow Alderaan remembrance stripe sewn onto the outside of each arm from collar to wrist; a worn Nerf hide jacket that has been woven with fibre-weave for added energy protection; dark green pants, that include thigh, as well as standard waist, pockets for increased storage and worn leather boots. Ryn has a Durasteel plated belt that holds spare power packs and craft remote; while also having a low holster strapped to his right thigh, which holds his DL-44 Blaster Pistol.

Homeworld: Alderaan

Affiliation: Smugglers Alliance

Craft: Corellian YT-2400 light freighter (See Craft Specs below)

Weapon: BlasTech DL-44 Heavy Blaster; modified with a filed back trigger guard for easier, more efficient holster removal, as well as a scope for aid with increased firing range when needed.

Ryn has a vibro-dagger concealed in his left boot, held in place by a secure sheath that is accessible easily enough when needed.

[Background Data]

Ryn is the only son of Jex and Kara Norran. His parents came from the planet Alderaan, prior to starting an off-world shipping company; this company was based from a space facility that was located on the outer edges of the Alderaan system, along the trade spine that connected the majority of all main trading routes.

The shipping company was successful, Ryn’s father having been in the business for a long while before the destruction of Alderaan; following the Empire’s attack on the peaceful planet, Jex began making illegal runs for the Rebellion, aiding in their cause as a means of getting vengeance for the deaths of so many of his people. For many years Jex continued to aid the Rebellion, while expanding his contracts to effectively include general smuggling.

Ryn was born on the shipping station; where he grew through childhood surrounded by transports, alien species and smuggling types. From an early age Ryn was introduced to the technicalities of various machinery, while having basic lessons taught to him by his parents, both. From his mother he learnt business, about his home planet and of his people; she instilled a sense of morality in the boy, hoping to deter him from following in his father’s footsteps, an occupation Kara detested somewhat. From his father, Ryn was taught how to fly ships of many different makes, how to astronavigate, how to use a blaster, and more importantly how to smuggle.

By his adolescent years, Ryn had become a competent pilot and tended to accompany his father on blue-milk runs [easy, straight forward smuggling trips], to the disappointment of his mother. Smuggling became Ryn’s life, much like it had to his father, and eventually the young teenager began to prove him self through making his own runs, when Jex saw fit that all factors were safe as could possibly be.

Over the next few years, Ryn became known to the smuggling underworld. He made contacts of his own, he gained a reputation and became an [unofficial] official member of the Smuggling Alliance; a group of smugglers who shared information, run routes and contracts, in an attempt to bring some order and [as much as possible] security to their profession.

At the age of twenty, during a multi-run [a smuggling convoy to a single location], Ryn and his fellow smugglers came under attack by New Order forces. In the skirmish that ensued, Jex’s craft was destroyed, as well as another individual smuggling craft, before he could make the jump to hyperspace. Ryn, through standard precautions taken, was able to escape the ambush unidentified, but the loss of his father was devastating. Though smuggling was always a risky business, the young man never believed his father could actually be caught, simply because he was protected by his son’s idolization. Ryn decided to continue in the smuggling business; he felt it was what his father would have wanted, this also caused his mother to become estranged to her son, not understanding the choice made.

For the next three years, Ryn continued making a name for him self, exceeding his father’s reputation through determination and success. Even though he contracted out of the family station at times, Ryn tended to base his operations out of Nar Shaddaa; he still keeps his mother as unrelated from his occupation as possible, still loving her and not wishing to bring her into any difficulties he may find him self.

While Ryn contracts almost any run, he does plan on calling the line at slaving; this is more out of respect for his father, who also had a dislike against slavers, and out rightly rejected related contracts, yet the potential for big credits is alluring... But, until such time as a slaving contract comes to his attention, the decision is immaterial and can simply be handled when it happens.

[Craft Specs]

Craft: Corellian Engineering Corporation YT-2400

Name/Label: The Crossfire

Type: Corellian Light Freighter

Size: 26.7 meters in length

Weaponry: Heavy laser canons, Concussion missile launchers, various other hidden packages.

Information: A ship of smooth lines with a chrome finish, the Crossfire shines with a dark gleam. It started life as a stock Corellian Engineering Corporation YT-2400. With the trademark saucer-shape of all the YT-series, the Crossfire had an aft-mounted engine bank topped by vent plates. Its port side housed the escape pod and docking hatch. Is starboard side featured the ship's cylindrical cockpit held in place by twin bracing arms. The aft end of the cockpit cylinder housed the ship's main escape pod, which seats six.

The Crossfire is customized to be operated by a single pilot, Ryn, although it can hold up to six additional passengers. Its cargo capacity is rated at 75 metric tons. When fully stocked, the ship can go for two standard months before requiring restocking of consumables.

Ryn has replaced the standard YT-2400 engines with three stolen Kon-Gar KGDefender military-grade ion engines 'liberated' from the advanced engineering department of Corulag Academy. A modified SoroSuub Griffyn/Y2TG hyperdrive gives the Crossfire Class 0.75 hyperdrive performance. The Crossfire's hyperdrive backup provides a Class 10 performance. The vessel is equipped with a highly illegal and highly effective sensors countermeasure/stealth package.

The vessel is armed with dorsal and ventral-mounted Dymek heavy laser cannons hand-modified by Ryn. They are turret-mounted on standard Corellian 1D servo mounts, and can be fired from either gunnery wells or the cockpit. Built into the main command pod is a pair of forward firing concussion missile launchers armed with a magazine of three missiles each.

That's because I was bored and did a general forum search for "Smuggler's Alliance" and your bio had that in it, and thus those words were hilighted.
