Born on the planet of Corellia near the end of the galactic civil war, Xavier had a strongly influenced childhood: Influenced by the Empire. His brother, Marcus, joined the stormtroopers, his father was a royal guard. Xavier resolved to follow his family's footsteps.
After the death of the Emperor, however, Xavier, now a royal guard of the highest calibre, became disilusioned with the squabbling warlords who fought continously to become the new Emperor. He left the Empire and became a bounty hunter.
After several impressive bounties Xavier obtained a suit of old Mandalorian armour, same as Boba Fett's, but silver, after crashing on Kamino. He then continued to hunt.
Xavier is a cunning, capable fighter. Not to be underestimated, he uses an
E-11 blaster rifle and a DL-44 pistol. He follows a rigid code of honour, and only accepts jobs which meet it. He hates unneccesary killing, and prefers to capture his targets alive. But he doesn't hesitate when he has to kill.
His ship, the Eagle is a heavily modified Y-wing. He flies it with exeptional skill.
To help Xavier in his travels is his astromech droid, R2-A9, "Red".
Xavier is a good ally and a formidable enemy.
Xavier is a tall man at almost 6 feet, with a clean-shaven, hawklike face, brown eyes and a small scar over his right eye (a souvenir from a vibro-shiv in the face in a bounty on an industrial world.
Xavier is best-known for his execution of the Corporate Sector Authority Viceprex Retul, involved in slave trading. Xavier absolutely detests slavers. His killing of Retul has earned him a price on his head by Retul's slaver buddies and by the Authority itself, so Xavier is wary of strangers. He is a cautious man and keeps a good watch on his own back.

At least he's trying, and he shows interest.
A bit of formal training...perhaps, with a lot of practice, then he'd be perfectly fine.
What they're basically saying is that you should really think this out more, give more detail, make it reasonable, spell check, and write in paragraph form. :)
Most importantly, take your time. Don't rush yourself. Work at a rate that's comfortable for you, and to hell with anyone who says otherwise. ;)

i like the short story line you got going. just detail it alittle more. all in all, you have a good concept.
