Brief Character History
Kar has been a smuggler since the age of 11 when he smuggled himself onboard an outgoing freighter, the Jade Beauty. Discovered by the ships Captain, Garrick, he was quickly put to good use instead of being thrown out an airlock. Small children can crawl into small places.
He lived for the next seven years and at the age of 17 became second in command aboard the Jade Beauty. Although Garrick was a great deal older him and Kar were firm friends.
On Kar's 20th Birthday though his ship was attacked by rival smugglers. The ship crashed into the dense forests of one of Yavin's moons. Kar found his Captain and friend impaled. He was dead. kar was the only survivor of the crash, although he didn't escape unharmed. he now sports a scar on his left cheek.
Kar went back to Corellia and was beside himself with grief. Not knowing what to do with himself he began to drink away his credits. He soon got the reputation of being a mean drunk, starting fights and spending the night in a cell. A few days after his 21st he was in a bar and again started a fight. The fight was soon stopped by a Jedi, but not before Kar killed a very influential Businessman. The Jedi, who sensed a force presence in Kar, helped him flee Corellia instead of turning him over to the authorities.
Unconvinced, but with no other choice Kar fled, and soon found himself at the Jedi training grounds...

Um just out of curiosity what's a stone? I've always wondered, is it like 15 pounds or something?

I will join that thread you started in Jediland and probably do your training, but I wanted to check with you first to make sure you didn't have any other ideas or arrangements. Just tell me and I'll get right to it ;)
