Growing up in the seedy parts of coruscant, Leonidas quickly learnt everything needed to survive the horrible, grimey life he was living. As his father was in one of the underground gangs, Leonidas was quick to follow in his footsteps. By the age of 14 he had already become a fine athlete with an intense, rough neck fighting style based on a foundation of deadly, highly technical manouvres. He wasn't too bad with a blaster either.
By the age of 15 he had established himself as a key member of the Faronikal gang. He even played a part in the fairly well known Ars Moorsen robbery, where the well knwon columnists house was robbed and his possesions sold on the black market for a lot of money. Unfortunately for Leonidas, this was to be his downfall. Two months after the robbery, the rival underground gangs allied and, out of jealousy and their ever-present hunger for dominance, launched a large scale attack on the members of the Farinokal gang. In just one night, they were all killed. Leonidas' father, mother, brother and three sisters were all killed in a devastating raid on his house. Leonidas managed to survive by cowering in fear as his father and brother were brutally massacred as his mother and his sisters, at the ages of 18, 16 and 12 were raped over and over again until the attackers finally ended their misery with swift shots to the head. The urge to fight was immense, but Leonidas knew that he could not defeat them. Not yet.
The following night, with his only possesions being the clothes upon his back, he took all of the money out of his father's secret stash and fled the hell of coruscant. Revenge is all he lives for, but he knows that he is not yet ready. For the past 4 years his life he's been travelling from planet to planet, finding only pain and social injustice wherever he went. The screams of pain from his tortured family haunt his every dream. That is why he wakes up every morning with one word on his mind, revenge...

Hmm... and after so much contentiousness over the issue of Force powers you seem to have written that aspect out in its entirty. This leads me to believe that it was not as pivotal an issue as you made out in the first.
This is much better, much more reasonable.
