What the heck is Fleeting?
Fleeting is where a group here at TRF 'builds' some ships, and uses these ships to attack another faction in some way, shape or form. Another way of saying it would be; Fleeting is a restricted method for groups to expand. To get a feel for what fleeting really is, and how it works, the Staff suggests you read through the battlegrounds.
